Maharastrian style thecha
Thecha as this extra hot chutney is called in Maharashtra, is one of my favourite chutneys. A word of caution: Be very moderate while relishing this chutney. No matter how tempted you are, a little indulgence and you might just have to call the fire-engine in the morning. :)
